“He’s had a serious girlfriend for a while now and he’s managed to keep that totally secret so I’m not surprised he was able to keep his trip to rehab secret for so long,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“Zac is really good at keeping it together, he’s a huge control freak and has always been obsessed with keeping his partying on the down low, this getting out is his worst nightmare,” the source told us. “He cares so much about keeping his private life private,” the insider added of Efron’s secretive ways.
